3. Approval and Publishing Controls
Our LinkedIn-connected applications are designed to support human review. Content intended for publication must be approved by an authorized person before the application submits it to LinkedIn.
Authorization to connect an account does not give our application unrestricted authority to publish arbitrary content. We maintain workflow controls intended to ensure that the approved content, account, publication time, and media match the authorized instruction.

6. LinkedIn Authorization and Revocation
Users connect LinkedIn accounts through LinkedIn’s authorization process. Seed Holdings does not request or store a user’s LinkedIn password.
An authorized user may revoke an application’s LinkedIn access through the user’s LinkedIn settings or by contacting us at contact@seedholdingsco.com.
Following revocation or a valid deletion request, we will delete or de-identify applicable LinkedIn information as required by LinkedIn’s terms and applicable law, except where limited retention is reasonably necessary for security, audit, dispute-resolution, or legal-compliance purposes.
Use of LinkedIn is also governed by LinkedIn’s own Privacy Policy and applicable user agreements.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and approval records, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements.
LinkedIn-derived information is retained, refreshed, or deleted in accordance with LinkedIn’s applicable API terms and data-storage requirements.
